Keahuolu Interpretive Center Design and Construction Observation for a new 1,500 sf archaeological interpretive center. Sustainable design features: natural daylighting, cross ventilation, rotating brise-soleil, durable and local building materials, on-site photovoltaic energy production, and native plantings - enhance the architecture that takes cues from pre-contact Hawaiian building forms. Under construction. Architect of Record.
Dentist's Office Tenant Improvement to an existing dental practice in Kealakekua. High level of coordination of existing fixtures and equipment reorganized to improve efficiency. Completed 2005. Architect of Record.
Anesthesiologist's Office Tenant Improvement to an existing shell and core building. 750 sf office required coordination with physicist and DOH for specialized equipment. Completed March 2004. Architect of Record.
Public Defender's Office 1,800 sf Tenant Improvement in Kealakekua. Work coordinated with Owner, Tenant and DAGS. Completed November 2003. Architect of Record.
Waimea Self Storage Phase II New construction of 9,000 sf of slab on grade manufactured metal buildings. Completed January 2002. Architect of Record.
Private Resort & Golf Course Due diligence for 53 acre hotel site and 550 acre golf course site on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island, Hawaii. Project Manager and Owner's representative.
